We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating electrical packages on-site in the Midlands, working on a large-scale Pharmaceutical project. Responsibilities include:
1. Commercial evaluation of all tender submissions
2. Negotiation with tenderers
The ideal candidate will have a Quantity Surveying Degree or similar qualification. They should also have extensive multi-sectoral experience, particularly in life-science, mission critical and industrial projects. A minimum of 10 years' experience carrying out pre- and post-contract duties is required. A strong ability to work on complex issues and report clearly is essential.bEducational Requirements:&u>,
