If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you Join our team at the Motivation Weight Management Clinic Maynooth as a Part-Time Admin/Receptionist.

Position: Part-Time Receptionist

Location: Maynooth, Maynooth Business Campus

Hours: Saturdays & Weds evening 5-8pm (possibility for occasional other evenings when busy)

Starting: 8th October,

There will also be the option for full time hours if wanted during the summer months so this would be a good position for a college student. Also a mature teen who is seeking practical work experience in a customer service and admin role.

As the first point of contact for our clients, the receptionist plays a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

* Greet clients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor, creating a welcoming environment. If you love talking to people this will be a perfect role as we encourage interaction with our clients while they wait in reception.
* Manage appointment scheduling, ensuring efficient allocation of time slots and accurate record-keeping.
* Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about our services in a clear and professional manner.
* Assist clients with paperwork, intake forms, and any necessary documentation.
* Collaborate with the clinic staff to coordinate client flow and ensure a smooth operational process.
* Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
* Address client concerns and direct them to the appropriate staff members when needed.
* Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and organized reception area.

Qualifications:

* Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage appointments effectively.
* Outgoing and friendly personality with exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
* Reliability and a strong sense of responsibility in meeting scheduling and administrative duties.
* Proficiency in multitasking, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain composed under pressure.
* Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is a plus.
* Familiarity with health and wellness terminology is beneficial but not mandatory.
