Front of House Supervisor
Location: Knightsbrook Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort – Trim, Co. Meath
Hours: Full-time, 5 days per week
Reports to: Front Office Manager

The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and guest-focused Front of House Supervisor to join our professional and highly skilled Front Office team. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional with supervisory experience who is passionate about delivering exceptional service, leading a team, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in a busy 4-star hotel environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and support the Reception team to ensure the highest standards of guest care are consistently delivered.
* Assist the Front Office Manager with the daily running of the department.
* Carry out reception duties in line with the department training manual.
* Train, motivate, and guide team members to achieve service excellence.
* Handle guest queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
* Manage cash transactions accurately and reconcile at the end of shifts.
* Assist with accommodation reservations and provide information when the Reservations Department is closed.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements for staff, guests, and visitors.
* Undertake any other reasonable tasks as requested by senior management.
Requirements
* Minimum 1 year of experience in a hotel supervisory or team leader role.
* Strong background in the hotel industry is an advantage.
* Experience with Guestline or ResDiary is an advantage but not essential.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Flexibility to work 5 days over a 7-day roster.
