You can also follow us on Linkedin and Instagram.Job Description Vialto is seeking an experienced HR Project Manager to support Employee Relations (ER), Works Councils (WoCo), and new employment legislation readiness across EMEA during a period of business transformation.This role focuses on governance, coordination, and readiness — ensuring the business remains compliant with local labor laws, Works Council obligations, and EU Pay Transparency requirements while enabling smooth execution of business change.Key ResponsibilitiesWorks Councils & Employee Representatives (EMEA)Own oversight of Works Councils and Employee Representative structures across EMEAReview existing agreements, consultation requirements, governance structures, and statutory obligationsBuild and maintain centralized trackers covering agreements, timelines, elections, and country-specific risksIdentify compliance risks, gaps, and blockers related to transformation activitiesEstablish review cycles (annual, quarterly, and ad-hoc) tied to restructuring, legal changes, or M&ADevelop readiness frameworks for new Works Council elections and first-time employee representative consultationsEU Pay Transparency & New Legislation ReadinessPartner with Employment Counsel and Compensation to interpret country-specific Pay Transparency requirementsAssess current-state readiness across EMEACoordinate consultation and governance requirements with Works Councils and Employee RepresentativesTrack legislative timelines, risks, and dependenciesEnsure alignment between ER processes, reward governance, and legal obligationsEmployee Relations Governance & Risk ManagementStandardize ER documentation, tracking, and reporting across EMEADevelop regionally aligned ER guidelines and escalation frameworksImplement oversight mechanisms to proactively identify ER trends and risksPartner with HR, Legal, and business leaders to support compliant and consistent ER practicesManager EnablementSupport initiatives to build manager capability in handling ER mattersProvide practical guidance on early issue identification, fair resolution, and Works Council engagementKey OutcomesOrganizational readiness for EU Pay Transparency legislation across EMEAReduced ER, Works Council, and legislative compliance riskImproved visibility and consistency of ER and Works Council activityStrong alignment between legal requirements, reward governance, and people strategyIncreased readiness for new Works Council or Employee Representative formationsSkills & ExperienceProven HR project management experience in multi-country environmentsStrong knowledge of Employee Relations and Works Councils, particularly in EMEAExperience supporting new employment legislation (pay transparency preferred)Strong stakeholder management skills with Legal, Compensation, and HR leadershipHighly organized with experience building trackers, frameworks, and governance modelsComfortable operating in ambiguity and driving structure during changeIdeal BackgroundHR Transformation, ER Governance, HR COE, or Reward-adjacent project rolesExperience supporting Works Councils during restructuring, transformation, or M&AExposure to European labor relations and regulatory frameworksAdditional Information: This is a regular full-time position.
