Technical Delivery Support Officer -Dublin Unijobs on behalf of our public sector client, are currently recruiting for the position of Technical Delivery Support Officer in South Dublin.
The role is on-site role with the occasional hybrid working.
This post is for 3 months initially with the high possibility of extension thereafter.
Working 35 hours per week the successful candidate will be employed as an agency employee and will be paid based on an annualised salary of between €51,206 and €56,757 DOE and will accrue 30 days' annual leave per year.
Background The successful delivery of the Electronic Health Record (EHR) Technical Programme is critical to the operational readiness and long-term success of our client's needs.
This programme encompasses a wide range of technical domains, including Epic hosting, application upgrades, security, medical device integration, and specialist clinical systems across laboratory, pharmacy, and radiology services.
To ensure the timely and effective implementation of these components, our client requires a highly skilled and experienced team to support the technical delivery workstreams.
This includes planning, deployment, testing, and ongoing support across both EHR and non-EHR technical domains.
Desirable criteria include, but are not limited to: Familiarity with EHRs and other clinical systems Understanding or willingness to understand clinical workflows and how they integrate with EHR systems.
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
Experience with help desk software and ticketing systems.
Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
Experience with user account management, permissions, and access controls.
Familiarity with system updates.
Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
Customer service skills.
Commitment to resolving issues efficiently and thoroughly Ability to work with EHR programme, infrastructure, clinical system, and vendor teams.
Willingness to share knowledge and support team goals.
Ability to create and update documentation as required.
Scope Take ownership of specific deliverables under the Technical delivery programme.
Work with relevant stakeholders to ensure the project(s) success.
Report progress and manage risks and issues.
Support in other activities relating to the technical delivery of the EHR Programme, as required.
