The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and painting industrial structures, equipment and surfaces to a high standard, ensuring durability, safety and compliance with industry regulations.Key Responsibilities:Prepare surfaces for painting (cleaning, sanding, grit blasting)Apply industrial coatings using Airless spraying equipmentRead and follow specifications and safety instructionsMix paints and and coatings to correct specificationsMaintain painting equipment and toolsFollow all health, safety and environmental regulationsWork independently and/ or as part of a team to meet project deadlinesExperience and Requirements:· Proven experience as an Industrial Painter/ Blaster· Knowledge of industrial coatings, paints and surface preparation techniques· Experience with airless spray systems (preferred)· Strong understanding of health and safety procedures· A willingness to attend training and to develop relevant knowledge, techniques, and skills.· Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces (where required)· Good attention to detail and workmanship· Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime if requiredSalary:Competitive salary, based on experienceJob Types:Full-time, PermanentSchedule:Monday to FridayBenefits:Bike to work schemeEmployee assistance programOn-site parkingAbility to commute/relocate:Askeaton, Co.
