Our firm is seeking a highly skilled Legal Secretary to join its Probate Department. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with experience in private client and probate matters.
This role requires the ability to provide high-quality secretarial and administrative support to solicitors, preparing and drafting correspondence, wills, and probate documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.
The ideal candidate will have minimum 2 years experience as a Legal Secretary, preferably within Probate or Private Client. Strong knowledge of probate processes and relevant documentation is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
* Providing high-quality secretarial and administrative support to solicitors

* Managing client files from instruction through to completion
