Offer description

HR Support Specialist

Your role will be to provide assistance to the HR team, acting as a primary point of contact for queries and managing employee lifecycle processes from onboarding to departure. You will also be responsible for maintaining HR systems, supporting payroll administration, and creating reports to inform key business decisions.


Essential Skills and Qualifications:

* A third-level qualification in Human Resource Management (Level 7 or above)
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in a fast-paced HR environment
* Certified Membership with the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) or willingness to obtain/maintain
* Strong IT skills, including proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams)
