Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HR professional to support our expanding operations. As an HR Generalist, you will work closely with the People Strategy & Operations team to coach, train, and advise managers and employees on HR issues, policies, and procedures.

* Deliver high-quality HR support and establish credibility across the organisation.

* Communicate effectively through clear, concise, and audience-appropriate written and verbal messages.

* Collaborate with managers to lead teams effectively and identify development opportunities.

* Support the administration of all HR policies and procedures across the business.

* Act as a connector between business units, building strong partnerships in line with company values.

Requirements: Bachelors degree preferred. Minimum 2 years HR experience, preferably with a focus on Employee Relations. Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Proven problem-solving skills with a proactive and creative approach.
