They have a vacancy for a Construction Solicitor with between 4 to 6 years PQE who is interested in developing their career in a new and expanding team. The ideal candidate is technically accomplished, collaborative and solution-focused. They are open to speaking with candidates who have related experience in commercial litigation, property, or with prior career experience as a quantity surveyor or engineer.
The Firms clients include contractors, developers, funders, investors, suppliers, subcontractors and insolvency practitioners. We advise on projects across a diverse range of sectors, including public sector, commercial property development, data centres, housing and infrastructure.

The Role:
* Advising on both transactional and contentious matters
* Managing client engagements with minimal, but supportive, supervision
* Dealing with all types of dispute resolution processes, including adjudication, conciliation, mediation, court proceedings and arbitration
* Advising on standard form and bespoke construction contracts
* Drafting and negotiating development agreements, professional appointments, collateral warranties and ancillary project documents
The Candidate:
* 4 – 6 years PQE
* A genuine interest in construction law, practice and industry
* The ability to work on their own initiative, and as part of a team
* The ability to prioritise and focus on solutions
* Excellent communication skills and a friendly manner
* A growth mindset
