Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Customer Service Assistant. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with customers, has excellent communication skills, and is proficient in administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage customer calls, emails, and general enquiries in a professional and courteous manner
* Welcome customers to the showroom and provide initial product information
* Book appointments and jobs, process deposits and payments, and maintain accurate records
Requirements
* 1+ year experience in customer service, administration, or retail
* Excellent phone manner and email communication skills
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
* Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems

Location and Hours
Based at our Bray showroom, Monday-Friday, with occasional Saturday cover supporting customers across Wicklow & Dublin
