Job Description:
CPL Limerick seeks a highly skilled and experienced Clerical Administrator to join their team on a contract basis.
This role is based in Limerick, requiring the individual to work 3 days at one site and 2 days at another Limerick-based location.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage emails and correspondence efficiently
* Update shared folders regularly
* Liaise effectively with family members as required
* Handle phone calls and field messages appropriately
* Maintain and input statistics into Excel accurately
* Prepare files and upload documents to the database timely
Requirements:
* A minimum of 6-12 months of professional clerical/administration experience is desired
* Experience in a healthcare setting is beneficial but not essential
* High proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook is required
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary
* Excellent phone manner and ability to handle difficult calls effectively
* High attention to detail and organizational skills are crucial
