Job Opportunity
We are seeking a detail-orientated individual to support our daily operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy and excellent customer care.
* Managing emails and correspondence
* Take minutes of meetings
* Diary management
* Updating shared folders
* Accounts administration using SAP system
* Inputting of payroll details
* Maintaining the time & attendance system for staff members
* Handling phone calls coming into the service and fielding/taking messages as appropriate
* Maintaining and inputting statistics into Excel
* File preparation and uploading documents to the database
The ideal candidate should have at least 12 months proven administrative experience with strong understanding of office processes, excellent computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office, Outlook and data input. Experience working with payroll systems/packages is required. The successful candidate will be able to plan and manage workload methodically, take ownership of tasks and contribute positively to team culture and morale. Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
