This three-month temporary contract offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced support professional to contribute to the smooth operation of critical production and business systems.
Mitchelstown Location - Onsite 3 Days Per Week Key Responsibilities Deliver first- and second-line IT support to onsite and remote users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
Provide support for manufacturing systems, shop-floor equipment, and production-related IT assets.
Maintain IT infrastructure including PCs, printers, mobile devices, and network components.
Log and manage support tickets through the IT service desk system, ensuring timely resolution.
Assist with system updates, installations, patching, and routine maintenance.
Ensure adherence to IT security standards and contribute to ongoing process improvements.
Produce user documentation and deliver basic training where required.
