The role involves leading the seamless handover of technology components from project delivery into operational support, managing relationships with multiple technology partners. You will collaborate with both technology and business stakeholders to shape and execute a long-term strategic vision for service delivery.

You will develop and implement scalable service delivery frameworks, incorporating best-in-class methodologies and industry standards. Strong stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills are required across internal and external audiences.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Leading the service delivery team, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance;

2. IDentifying and managing risks related to service delivery, ensuring ongoing compliance with relevant standards and frameworks;

Qualifications and requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline is required, along with 10+ years of experience in service delivery management, ideally within large-scale ERP transformation programmes.

Expertise in SAP landscape management including transport, release planning, and deployment strategies is essential, as is proficiency in service management platforms such as ServiceNow.

Additional skills and qualifications include:

6. Developing and managing end-to-end service delivery frameworks;

7. Knowledge of ITIL-based change and release management principles;

8. Skilled in managing complex, multi-tier environments and interdependent systems;
