Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
* 5+ years of experience in the hospitality industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
* Strong knowledge of hospitality operations and best practices.
* Proficiency in hospitality management software and systems.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
