The Role: Sales Administrator
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Sales Administrator to support our team and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our sales operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset. You will play a key part in coordinating sales activities, processing orders, maintaining accurate records, and acting as a vital link between customers, sales, and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities
Sales order admin
* Processes sales orders, quotes, and contracts
* Maintains customer records and sales databases
* Coordinates between sales, finance, logistics, and customers
* Prepares reports, forecasts, and sales documentation
* Manage seasonal sales execution and show orders, eg Christmas Hampers, Bloom, RDS Gifted Show
* Arrange samples to be sent to customers as and when required
* Ensures compliance with company procedures and deadlines
Customer Relationship Management
* Act as the main point of contact for key customers.
* Handles customer enquiries and resolves basic issues
* Coordinate with production, logistics, and quality teams to ensure OTIF (On-Time In-Full) delivery and service excellence.
* Manage daily order processes, ensuring clear and effective communication with factory supervisors.
Delivery Accuracy
* Work closely with Operations to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term growth.
* Manage and grow relationships with existing retail and foodservice customers.
Skills and Competencies
* Highly motivated with a track record of achieving goals

* Problem-solving mindset with the ability to resolve issues professionally.
* Professional presentation and behaviour in all interactions.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Experience in Shopify, QuickBooks, and ERP systems is a plus (training will be provided).
* A full, clean driving licence is essential.
