German B2B Customer Service Representative – Order to Shipping
Permanent Full Time role.
Location: Dublin City Centre
If you're a fluent German & English speaker with SAP and Order Management shipping experience, and you're looking to elevate your career in a premium global setting this is a perfect contract for you. We are holding virtual video interviews this week and early next week for this role.
Start date: Mid March, depending on how quickly interviews progress.
An internationally recognised fashion house with a global footprint is seeking a Fluent German & English speaking B2B Customer Service Representative to join its high-performing Customer Service & Order Management team based in Dublin.
The successful candidate will have previous experience Order to Shipping and familiar with SAP.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced, premium environment, supporting key international markets and delivering an exceptional end-to-end order experience for business clients worldwide.
The Role
In this role, you will take full ownership of the Order to Shipping lifecycle for a dedicated B2B client portfolio, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and a seamless customer experience aligned with luxury retail service standards.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing the full order-to-shipping process, ensuring internal SLAs and KPIs are met
* Entering and managing orders accurately in SAP
* Acting as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding:
* Stock availability
* Delivery timelines
* Product and order status
* Proactively managing your client portfolio and anticipating customer needs
* Coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues related to:
* Product availability
* Pricing discrepancies
* Delivery delays or mis-shipments
* Managing claims and reverse logistics processes
* Preparing reports and operational updates for management and commercial teams when required
* Ensuring every interaction reflects a premium, customer-first experience
About You
You are detail oriented, customer-focused, and thrive in structured, process-driven environments with B2B order management experience.
Essential requirements:
* Fluent English and German (written & spoken, additional languages a bonus
* Proven experience in Order Management / Order to Shipping / B2B Customer Service
* Strong SAP experience
* Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
