We have partnered with a Private Equity backed Aircraft Leasing platform now building out its Dublin office and hiring an experienced underwriter to take responsibility of deal structuring, pricing and execution.
THE ROLE:Responsibility for pricing and structuring new investment opportunities and drafting LOIs for leasing transactionsNegotiate new aircraft lease agreements, lease extensions, amendments, purchase/lease LOIs, and aircraft salesPrepare investment committee materials; including transaction analysis, airline credit analysis, market analysis and due diligence findingsPresentation of new investment and portfolio management recommendations to managementDevelop relationships with airlines and customers for new deal origination, credit due diligence and market research
RequirementsAdvanced Excel and Power Point skillsare criticalHighly numerate and analytical, withgood problem -solving skills and the ability to do complex pricing and cashflowmodelingAt least 5 years prior experience asan Analyst in either aircraft/aviation leasing, aviation consultancy or infinancial servicesExperience in report writingDegree in business, accounting,engineering, or finance
