We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to end-users, distributors, and commercial teams via phone, web-based tools, and internal communication channels.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of medical device regulations and be able to provide guidance on product use and troubleshoot specific user issues. You will also be responsible for documenting complaints and inquiries, communicating investigation conclusions to customers, and resolving complaints and inquiries within target timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide first-line technical support across a designated product range.
* Analyze customer problems and ask relevant questions to support resolution.
* Document complaints and inquiries using established guidelines and procedures.
* Communicate investigation conclusions to customers through written reports and verbal updates.
* Resolve and address complaints or inquiries within target timelines.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3rd Level Certificate, Diploma or Degree in a relevant discipline.
* At least 1-year of experience working in a medical/clinical environment or in a customer-facing support role.
* Fluency in English and German and residing in the Galway area.
