You will play a pivotal role in securing high-value construction contracts by creating compelling, technically accurate bid submissions.
* Analyze tender documents and client specifications to understand project requirements.
* Develop and write high-quality technical content for bids, proposals, and pre-qualification questionnaires (PQQs).
* Collaborate with engineers, estimators, planners, and project managers to gather technical input.
* Evaluate bid submissions to ensure all submissions are compliant with client instructions, procurement regulations, and internal standards.
