With a strong presence across Dublin, Lisburn, Surrey, Birmingham, and Germany, we're seeking a highly experienced and motivated Sales Consultant to join our dynamic Dublin-based sales team.About the RoleAs a key member of our sales division, you'll help shape and drive Electro Automation's strategic growth. Reporting to the Sales Director, you'll be responsible for implementing effective sales strategies, launching new product lines, and consistently exceeding performance targets. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and is excited by cutting-edge automation technologies.Key ResponsibilitiesConsistently exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales targetsDevelop and manage a robust sales pipelineIdentify and capitalize on new business opportunities and marketsBuild strong relationships with clients, understanding their evolving needsNegotiate competitive pricing with customers and suppliersLead product launches in response to market demand and innovationDeliver regular sales forecasts and reports to senior managementMaintain accurate CRM records of all sales activitiesCollaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service deliveryWhat We're Looking For:Experience & BackgroundMinimum 2 - 4 years' experience in a sales role, ideally within automation, access control, gates, barriers, CCTV, or security systemsProven track record of exceeding sales targets in a competitive environmentTechnical sales experience and/or engineering background is a strong advantageCandidates must be proficient in Exel and be comfortable using Zoom and computer packages.EducationQualification in Sales, Business, or related discipline preferredDMI or equivalent sales accreditation is an advantageSkills & AttributesExceptional communication and organizational skillsStrong decision-making and coaching abilitiesCapable of managing pressure with a positive, solutions-oriented approachHighly proficient in MS Office, CRM platforms, Teams, and presentation toolsFull clean driving license is essentialWhy Join Electro Automation?Start 2026 with a career move that challenges and inspires you.
