Deputy Social Care Manager Role

About the Role
* Support the Person in Charge (PIC) in managing daily operations of designated centre.
* Supervise and mentor staff, promoting reflective practice and accountability.
* Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and HIQA standards.
* Contribute to audits, inspections, and quality improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities include:
Core Responsibilities:
* Support the PIC in managing day-to-day activities of a designated centre.
* Supervise and mentor staff members to promote reflective practice and accountability.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Essential Level 7 or higher qualification in Applied Social Care (CORU-approved) or related field.
* Three years' post-qualification experience in disability or social care, including supervisory experience.
* Able to contribute to audits, inspections, and quality improvement initiatives.
