ROLE MISSION
Working in partnership with our client, the Production Manager will be responsible for the day to day running of the on-site studio, ensuring creative projects are delivered on brief, on time to a high standard of quality, pushing the teams to deliver the best in class work, effective scheduling and trafficking.

Working with a Dublin team of designers.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING IN YOUR ROLE
Experience managing the flow of creative projects through design and artwork, creating timelines, schedules, project plans.
Resource planning and managing costs and budgets
Experience managing team data and producing monthly information reports
Working with a creative studio and managing workflow deadlines while maintain high standards
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience working in the advertising industry
Strong knowledge of printing procedures and digital workflow
Assist with identifying incremental opportunities and driving account growth
Supports the Account Director as needed with management of individual lines of business
WHAT SKILLS WILL HELP YOU BE SUCCESSFUL
Highly organised individual with an eye for detail
Experience managing and motivating creative teams
Exposure of working in a client facing capacity, from handling client requests, to taking full and conclusive briefs and delivering to exceed the client's requirements
Proven ability to manage high volume workload and the pressure that it brings
Digital Studio coordination experience is highly advantageous as is the understanding of the mechanics of a creative studio
Ability to work under own initiative to strict and tight deadlines
Flexible, creative and enthusiastic
Excellent communication and listening skills, strong administrative skills
