You'll be involved in the entire product lifecycle, from early R&D to commercial deployment, collaborating with a talented team of systems, software, and integration/test engineers.The RoleThe successful candidate will lead systems projects end-to-end, from initial requirements gathering to software implementation. Key responsibilities include:Algorithm Development: Creating and validating sensor algorithms using MATLAB and Python.Engineering Trade-offs: Balancing performance, memory, and power consumption with computational complexity.Embedded Development: Writing C/C++ code for both fixed and floating-point based designs.Leadership & Collaboration: Mentoring junior engineers and communicating technical results to product management and software leads.RequirementsThe company is looking for an analytical engineer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a strong foundation in digital signal processing.Technical Essentials:A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science.Proficiency in C/C++ for embedded programming.Strong understanding of DSP concepts (filter design, LTI systems) and linear algebra.Experience with Machine Learning (supervised/unsupervised learning, feature extraction, neural networks).Knowledge of MEMS and inertial sensors.Preferred Skills:Experience optimizing DSP operations for Edge AI.Expertise in floating-to-fixed point implementation and bitwidth optimization for low-power devices.Excellent communication skills for delivering documentation and technical reports.Interested?
