Store Assistant Manager (Part-time)
Location: Galway, County Galway, Ireland
Job Type: Part-time
Responsibilities:
Support the Store Manager in managing and inspiring the team, stepping up to cover the store when needed.
Create an atmosphere that delivers excellent service, achieves performance targets and accurate stock processes.
Demonstrate a hands‑on approach for all operational and commercial activities.
Be responsible for store security, following procedures and keyholding, ensuring compliance by others.
Qualifications:
Experience gained in a retail background (other relevant experience considered).
Excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm and approachable under pressure.
Passionate about customers, people and products; able to inspire and create a positive team spirit.
