Data Management / Data Integration Analyst Our client is seeking a technically skilled and motivated individual to join their team on a 18 month contract as a Data administrator / Data Analyst. This role is critical to supporting the implementation of a new HR Information System. The successful candidate will bring their technical expertise and collaborative spirit to ensure a smooth transition while maintaining data integrity, while providing essential reporting during the project period, The Role: Lead local data migration activities including template management, cleansing, and validation across all mock cycles. Coordinate with central IT on interface requirements, system keys, and connection testing. Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including documentation and defect resolution. Provide Tier 1 support for local system and data issues. The Person: Strong business analysis skills: requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, and process mapping. Experience of Data management / migration. HRIS experience an advantage. Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications and support solution design. Experience in documenting business processes and identifying areas for improvement.
