The Delivery Lead role is a pivotal position responsible for managing multiple projects or engagements simultaneously within a global services delivery organisation. The role requires managing people, processes, and issue resolution while ensuring customer satisfaction and delivery assurance of services and outcomes. The Delivery Lead is responsible for quantifying the business benefits from project outcomes and ensuring customer expectations are met.
Responsibilities
Ensure understanding of project vision and deliverables as defined by the customer.
Collaborate with the Account Team to manage risk, project scope, and deliver according to contractual terms.
Manage revenue tracker for assigned engagements and consolidate project status and budget information.
Provide project reporting regarding resources and financials during Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews.
Identify and coordinate project change control processes and perform issue management.
Establish and perform periodic Customer, project, and solution health checks against target metrics.
Drive growth by searching for new and improved ways of serving Customers.
Act as a servant leader in directing delivery activities and develop project documentation.
Ensure compliance with Customer requirements and maintain project artifacts on SharePoint sites.
Communicate and track Consultant requirements, responsible for on-boarding and off-boarding of project consultants.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience in traditional and agile project management methodologies.
Experience managing and delivering Customer professional services agreements.
IT Experience preferred.
Understanding of Services Outsourcing.
Agile, Project Management, and ITIL certifications are a plus.
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Financial management and reporting experience.
