General Duties

7. Develop and Maintain Project Schedules:Create, monitor, and update detailed project schedules.Adjust schedules proactively to accommodate delays or changes.
8. Coordinate and Manage On-Site Teams and Subcontractors:Oversee on-site personnel to ensure alignment with project objectives.Foster clear communication between all teams.
9. Oversee Project Budgets and Cost Control:Monitor budgets, prevent overruns, and implement corrective measures.Seek cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
10. Ensure Compliance with Safety and Quality Standards:Uphold safety protocols and conduct routine audits.Verify that work aligns with regulatory and client standards.
11. Review Project Plans and Identify Risks:Examine documentation to identify risks and develop mitigation plans.
12. Maintain Client Communication and Provide Regular Updates:Act as the primary client contact, providing consistent updates on progress, budgets, and schedules.
13. Approve and Manage Resource Allocation:Evaluate labor, materials, and equipment needs to optimize productivity.
14. Conduct Regular Site Inspections:Assess quality, safety, and progress, addressing on-site issues immediately.
15. Prepare and Manage Project Documentation:Organize and share reports, meeting minutes, and change orders.
16. Oversee Compliance with Environmental Regulations:Implement waste management and environmental protection practices.

Requirements

17. Experience: Minimum 10+ years in construction, ideally with restoration experience.
18. Skills:Excellent communication (written and verbal).Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
19. Health & Safety: Knowledge and enforcement of safety guidelines.
