Role Description
This is a contract role for a Brand Manager. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies that enhance the company's brand identity, drive consumer engagement, and achieve business objectives. The Brand Manager will oversee all aspects of brand management, including market research, brand positioning, product launches, and the creation of marketing campaigns.
Key responsibilities include defining and maintaining the brand's voice, overseeing the development of marketing materials, and working closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales, and product development. The Brand Manager will also monitor brand performance, track industry trends, and analyze consumer behavior to ensure the brand remains relevant and competitive. Additionally, the role will require managing external agencies, coordinating brand initiatives, and evaluating the effectiveness of brand campaigns.
The Brand Manager must be highly creative, detail-oriented, and have a deep understanding of market trends and consumer behavior to effectively manage the brand's presence across various platforms.

Brand Strategy Expertise: Strong experience in developing and executing brand strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and loyalty across multiple platforms.
Market Research Skills: Proficiency in conducting market research, consumer analysis, and competitive benchmarking to inform brand positioning and marketing decisions.
Creative Thinking: Ability to create innovative marketing campaigns, product messaging, and brand initiatives that align with the brand's identity and resonate with target audiences.
Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, from campaign development to product launches, ensuring timely and successful execution.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product development) to align brand strategies with business objectives.
Digital Marketing Knowledge: Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and social media platforms, with experience in managing online campaigns and measuring their effectiveness.
Budget Management: Experience in managing budgets for brand campaigns, ensuring effective allocation of resources and adherence to financial goals.
Performance Analysis: Ability to track and evaluate brand performance, using analytics tools to measure the success of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and influence key stakeholders.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and business goals while maintaining brand consistency and strategic direction.
* Relevant Academic Qualifications: A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred. Additional certifications in brand management or marketing are an advantage.
