Senior PPC Specialist
to join our team.
As a Senior PPC Specialist, you will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and scaling paid media campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and social media channels. With 5-8 years of experience in paid search, you will take a lead role in driving performance for key accounts, analysing campaign data, and implementing strategic recommendations that align with business goals. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated marketing efforts and continuous performance improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management & Optimization
* Lead the development, execution, and management of PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
* Continuously monitor campaign performance and optimize bids, ad copy, keywords, and landing pages to improve ROI, click-through rates (CTR), and conversion rates.
* Conduct thorough keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to inform campaign strategies.
* Develop and test A/B strategies for ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting.
Data Analysis & Reporting
* Analyse performance data and create detailed reports that provide actionable insights on key performance indicators (KPIs), such as ROI, cost-per-conversion (CPC), and quality scores.
* Leverage data to identify trends, forecast outcomes, and propose strategies for scaling successful campaigns.
* Work with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and other platforms to track and report on the performance of PPC efforts.
Strategic Planning & Execution
* Collaborate with the team to align PPC efforts with broader digital marketing strategies and business objectives.
* Develop and implement strategies to drive growth in key business metrics, such as lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue.
* Keep up to date with industry trends, best practices, and platform updates to ensure campaigns remain cutting-edge and competitive.
Client & Stakeholder Communication
* Be confident in being the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders regarding PPC campaign performance and strategy.
* Present campaign results, strategic recommendations, and performance updates to clients and senior management in a clear and actionable manner.
* Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, helping to build and refine their PPC skills.
Budget Management & Forecasting
* Oversee and manage PPC budgets, ensuring cost-efficient spending and alignment with financial goals.
* Provide accurate forecasts for campaign budgets, expected performance, and potential ROI.
* Track, measure, and report on monthly spending to ensure adherence to budget plans.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* 5-8 years of experience managing PPC campaigns with a proven track record of driving successful, high-ROI campaigns.
* Deep knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, with META ads being a bonus
* Proficiency with Google Analytics, Shopify, Looker Studio, and META Search.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and make data-driven decisions.
* Excellent understanding of keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis.
* Hands-on experience with A/B testing, bid management tools, and automation techniques.
* Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present insights and strategies clearly to clients and stakeholders.
* Google Ads certification is a plus.
