This role is pivotal in fostering a positive and compliant work environment, providing expert guidance to managers and employees throughout the employee lifecycle.As the HR Advisor, you will be a key partner to operational teams, offering strategic and hands-on support across a broad spectrum of HR activities. You'll ensure the consistent application of policies, uphold employment law standards, and drive initiatives that align with Americold's business goals and values.Your day-to-day will involve advising on employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, performance, and absence management. You'll play a central role in promoting fairness and consistency, drafting documentation, and maintaining accurate case records.Supporting employee well-being is a priority. You'll monitor absence trends, manage occupational health referrals, and collaborate with managers to implement effective return-to-work and rehabilitation plans.Data-driven decision-making is key to our success. You'll produce and analyze HR metrics—such as turnover and absence rates—to identify trends and recommend actionable improvements.You'll also help ensure our policies remain compliant with Irish employment legislation, keeping the team informed of legal developments and supporting the rollout of HR projects and process enhancements.In addition, you'll contribute to talent development by supporting performance development plans, career mapping, and training initiatives.
