Job Title: Maintenance Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to join our team at a state-of-the-art food production facility in Kildare.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving plant efficiencies across all areas, designing and implementing maintenance strategies, procedures, and methods. They will collaborate with the production team to provide engineering solutions, manage and update the Computerised Maintenance Management System (FLEX), ensure constant supply of electrical services & mechanical services for the site.
Requirements:
1. A minimum of 5 years' experience leading a maintenance team in a production environment;
2. Evidence of trade or degree qualifications in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering;
3. Excellent communication and project management skills;
