Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the design, programming, and delivery of our group training model across two studios.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience coaching in a group, semi-private, or strength & conditioning setting.
A strong background in designing structured, progressive training blocks is essential, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver 23-27 hours of coaching per week across small group strength and conditioning sessions.
* Design and manage all programming and CPD across all studios.
* Lead team discussions on programming strategy and support coach development.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* A minimum of 3 years of experience coaching in a group, semi-private, or strength & conditioning setting.
* Demonstrated experience in designing structured, progressive training blocks.
* Strong group coaching presence with attention to technical detail and individual needs.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Relevant qualifications (e.g. NSCA, UKSCA, Sport Science degree or equivalent).
