Job Responsibilities
* Generate invoices and manage pricing within the Transport Management System (TMS).
* Handle postings, reconciliations, and statutory returns (VAT, VIES, payroll).
* Process weekly payroll and prepare month-end reports.
* Oversee year-end accounts, European VAT reclaim, and diesel rebate.
* Manage fleet compliance, insurance policies, and fixed asset registers.
* Develop budgets, forecasts, and KPI reports.
* Conduct internal audits and lead finance/customs projects.
* Liaise with customers and authorities on customs matters.
* Complete import/export customs declarations and manage compliance.
* Oversee office operations, process improvements, and health & safety policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Degree / Part-Qualified Accountant / Qualified by Experience.
* 5+ years in accounts with strong IT and organisational skills.
* Interest in customs compliance.
