Lead Product Development Initiatives
We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead our New Product Development initiatives. This pivotal role will drive innovation and guide cross-functional teams through the entire product development lifecycle, from concept to launch.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement comprehensive programme plans for NPD projects, aligning with organisational goals and strategies
* Manage programme budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring efficient allocation and utilisation
* Identify and mitigate risks throughout the product development process, implementing effective solutions
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
* Minimum 5-7 years of experience in programme management or product development roles
* Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects or programmes
