Maintenance Manager Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our hotel’s maintenance department. Job Summary: The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all systems and equipment are in good working order, developing and implementing preventive maintenance schedules, troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues, coordinating repairs and upgrades for hotel facilities and guest rooms. They will also manage relationships with external contractors and suppliers to ensure quality work is completed on time. Responsibilities: * Maintenance Operations: 1.
