Our client is a well-established business in the events industry seeking a Bookkeeper to join their team.
The Role - Bookkeeper
This position is a key part of a busy Finance department within a growing organization. Responsibilities include:
1. Managing all aspects of creditors
2. Debtor management
3. Assisting with the preparation of monthly management accounts, including analysis of results and commentary
4. Preparing key metrics and automating reporting processes
5. Managing bank accounts
6. Overseeing overheads and controlling costs
7. Assisting with the preparation and filing of statutory accounts and other statutory returns
8. Participating in ad-hoc projects
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:
* Relevant experience in a broad finance role
* Highly analytical with strong attention to detail
* Ability to work under tight deadlines
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
