2. Read and interpret blueprints to assess and plan plumbing layouts.
3. Install, maintain, repair, inspect, and test plumbing systems to ensure they comply with national standards.
4. Communicate effectively with Estate Managers, Property Managers, and other stakeholders to resolve maintenance issues promptly.
