Kia ora! We’re looking for a Data and Insights Analyst to join our awesome team based in Newmarket, Auckland.

You’ll play a key part in delivering data analysis and insights that support Heartland’s strategic direction. Reporting to the Strategy Analysts Manager, you’ll help drive smarter decisions across the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain SQL queries to extract, clean and analyse data from Snowflake
* Design dashboards and reports in Power BI to communicate findings clearly
* Leverage internal and external data to uncover insights and make recommendations
* Use data to inform product, channel and business opportunity decisions
* Provide marketing analytics to support targeting and campaign performance
* Write reports and commentary aligned with our goals and growth plans
Does this sound like you?
You’ve got a strong background in data analysis, and you’re adaptable, curious and ready to roll up your sleeves. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and love turning data into action.
You’re a Pro With
* A degree in Data Science, Statistics, Finance, Computer Science or a related field
* Strong SQL and PowerBI skills
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Clear communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data for diverse audiences
* Proven experience managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines
