We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Manager to join our finance team. Reporting to the Finance Director, this key role will partner closely with local teams and operations to ensure financial performance is delivered in line with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead month-end reporting: Deliver accurate accounts, reconciliations, and month-end results
* Provide insightful financial analysis: Include budget-vs-actual commentary and cash-flow management
* Ensure strong financial control: While being a strong finance business partner, continuously look to improve processes
* Manage and develop a high-performing finance team: Coordinate audits and ad hoc financial projects
Skill Requirements
* ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
* Minimum 5+ years PQE industry experience
* At least 2 years prior people management experience
