Job Type Temporary Full-Time Remote Work Option Hybrid Category Legal Services Location Dublin City, County Dublin, Ireland Job Details Role Title: Senior In House Solicitor Location: Abbey St, Dublin, Vhi Group Services DAC have a full-time, Fixed Term Contract (12 Months), vacancy for the role of Senior In House Solicitor based in Dublin. The successful candidate will provide legal advice to the Vhi Group and work within the Vhi legal team, reporting directly to the General Counsel. Previous in-house experience is not required but would be advantageous About us. Provision of property transaction / conveyancing advice. Provision of procurement advice in relation to third-party services to commission and operate new healthcare facilities. Participating in projects and advising on the legal issues arising out of same. Drafting and negotiating various commercial contracts including but not limited to NDAs, Service Level Agreements, Master Service Agreements, Purchase and Supply Agreements etc. Provision of regulatory advices. Advising on litigation matters and providing employment law advices. What you need to be successful Education & Experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification Qualified solicitor with 5 years plus experience Significant experience in both private practice and a commercial in house setting. Interpersonal skills Proven ability to work autonomously within a collaborative and fast paced business environment. Proven ability to strike a balance between legal protections and commercial flexibility. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work closely with other members of the legal team and cross functional teams on organisational projects.
