Proscia is a cutting-edge pathology software company that's revolutionizing the healthcare industry. We're looking for a talented Implementation Engineer to join our team and help us accelerate our vision.
In this role, you'll work closely with customers to deliver exceptional services and ensure their success on our platform. You'll be responsible for installation, migration, and advisory services, handling installations across various solutions, and conducting migrations from customer storage solutions to our Enterprise Platform.
This position is critical to our customer's success, and as an Implementation Engineer, you'll be expected to interface with customers and internal teams, including Professional Services, Sales, Product, Engineering, and others.
Key Responsibilities
* Project participation, communication, integration, and installation for customer deployments.
* Working closely with Solution Architects to transform architecture and design into technical configurations.
* SUCCESSFUL implementation and customer acceptance of the delivered digital pathology solution within the agreed-upon time frame.
* Configuring customer's technical specifications, integration requirements, and interface preferences during customer implementations.
* Resolving technical issues during installation phases for fast and efficient deployments.
* Collaborating with product and engineering teams to provide further support and advance feature requests.
* Reviewing customer feedback, compiling and analyzing data, and recommending technical changes as appropriate.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
Technical Requirements:
* Experience with Linux (RHEL, CentOS, or Ubuntu) and Windows operating systems, including running scripts and commands in a shell environment.
* Familiarity with web-based application architecture and related networking, e.g., SSL certificates and DNS.
* Familiarity with AWS and Azure infrastructure as a service, e.g., EC2, S3, RDS.
* Experience with storage solutions such as Azure Blob, AWS S3, NFS, etc.
* Experience with running containerized applications using Docker or Kubernetes.
Additional Requirements:
* At least 5+ years of experience in enterprise IT solutions.
* A technical leader who is constantly looking for ways to improve.
* Strong communicator comfortable speaking with our customers.
* Strong business acumen with an ability to identify and articulate key value to customers.
* Comfortable presenting solutions to a broad range of customer representatives ranging from Engineers, developers, designers, architects, IT managers, and CIOs.
* Ability to run several projects in parallel and with a passion to work in a scale-up environment.
* Fluent in English.
