About the Role:
* As the first point of contact for our guests, you'll play a vital role in ensuring their stay is smooth, enjoyable, and exceeds expectations. Your responsibilities will include:
* Warmly welcoming guests and ensuring a positive first impression.
* Efficiently managing check-in and check-out processes.
* Answering guest inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing local recommendations.
* Processing payments and handling guest accounts.
* Maintaining accurate records and ensuring a clean and organized front desk.
* Collaborating effectively with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments.
We're looking for someone who:
* Has a genuine passion for hospitality and exceeding guest expectations.
* Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Can multitask effectively and prioritise tasks in a busy environment.
* Is computer literate and proficient in hotel software systems (HotSoft and Opera preferred).
* Has a positive and friendly attitude.
* Is a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
* Previous Experience Using Opera or Opera Cloud Reservations systems is desirable
