Our client is an internationally recognised certification and testing organisation specialising in regulated digital markets. They provide assurance services, technical certifications, and compliance audits to a wide range of clients, helping them maintain regulatory standards and achieve operational excellence. As part of continued growth They are seeking a new IT Audit Specialist on a full time, permanent basis.
NB: The role includes a small amount of international travel so an EU passport is required.
Main Responsibilities:
* Conduct onsite and remote compliance audits, preparing findings, reports, and certifications in line with regulatory and ISO standards.
* Plan, schedule, and manage audit projects, including drafting proposals, reports, certificates, and follow-ups.
* Advise clients on certification processes, regulatory compliance, and remediation of non-compliance findings.
* Maintain accurate and timely reporting, documentation, and client invoicing.
* Collaborate with team members to meet regulatory and client deadlines, providing guidance and support as required.
* Ensure effective use of IT resources and proper recording of audit evidence to manage operational, reputational, and security risks.
* Follow company policies, procedures, and quality systems, contributing to continuous process improvements.
* Support business growth by representing the company professionally and identifying opportunities for new client engagements.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in compliance auditing, ideally within a Big 4 advisory firm or similar.
* Familiarity with ISO standards, particularly ISO/IEC 27001, and technical certification requirements.
* Strong project management and organisational skills.
* Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
* Proficiency in IT tools, including audit management systems and remote conferencing platforms.
* Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

* Base salary of €65k-75k dependent on experience
