You will work with the onsite team and other leaders across our business to ensure the best service is delivered.
Key Responsibilities:
The overall management of the contract
Build and maintain positive client relationships to ensure we are true partners in their business
Ensure smooth planning of the contract and resources to deliver a first-class food and beverage service
Lead, recruit, appraise & develop your team
Ensure the contract is fully compliant with company policies and procedures
Deliver on the agreed financial budget and contractual arrangements
Using your leadership skills to create a thriving and successful working environment
Essential Criteria:
A successful background in Contract Catering/Hospitality/Retail Catering
Excellent leadership skills
Great communication skills - written & oral communication
Previous budget management and/or profit & loss responsibility - proven track record in managing P&L and achieving budgets
IT literate
A good understanding of report writing and financial management
Desirable, but not Essential, Criteria:
An analytical approach to problem solving
A passion for food and customer service
