Key Responsibilities
* Code Crafting: Design, develop, and maintain features for the JustTip platform using .NET & React technologies.
* Collaborate: Work hand-in-hand with our developers, designers, and product managers to create solutions that delight our users.
* Problem Solving: Debug issues, fix bugs, and improve application performance—ensuring a smooth user experience.
* Innovate: Bring fresh ideas to the table. We're all ears when it comes to new technologies or processes that can improve our platform.
* Learn and Grow: Stay updated with the latest tech trends. We're here to support your professional development.
What We're Looking For
* Tech Enthusiast: 2-5 years of experience with C# and the .NET framework.
* Front-End Familiarity: Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as-well as experience with FE languages such as React.
* Database Know-How: Familiarity with SQL Server and relational databases.
* Problem Solver: You love tackling challenges and finding creative solutions.
* Team Player: Collaboration is key at JustTip, and you're ready to dive in.
* Eager Learner: Ambitious and ready to grow with the company.
* Great Communicator: Able to explain complex tech stuff in simple terms.
