Job Description
As a Client Service Executive, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our team of Directors, Associate Directors, and Senior Private Client Advisers. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure seamless client communication, delivering tailored solutions that meet their unique needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to senior team members, including preparation of investment presentations and collation of documentation for client meetings.
* Act as the first point of contact for clients, dealing promptly and efficiently with their queries and concerns.
* Manage follow-up activities from client meetings, ensuring accurate records and supporting documents are maintained.
* Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate client requests, executing tasks and implementing company practices.
Additional responsibilities include updating and monitoring the CRM system, preparing documentation to comply with legislative requirements, and participating in interdepartmental projects to enhance client servicing.
Required Skills & Qualifications
We seek candidates with a minimum of 1 year of experience working in an administrative position, holding a degree or masters-level qualification in a business or finance-related area.
Essential skills include:
* High proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
* Flexible attitude towards work, with excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team, prioritizing own workload and communicating professionally via phone.
