Role Summary

* Play a key role in supporting large-scale change and transformation programmes within the Transfer Agency space.
* Manage project governance, reporting, RAID logs, and ensure delivery teams remain aligned with strategic objectives.
* Coordinate change requests, project plans, and stakeholder communications, ensuring all activities follow agreed PMO standards.
* Support programme tracking and performance analysis, highlighting risks, dependencies, and delivery progress.
* Facilitate steering committees and governance forums, preparing relevant documentation and reporting packs.
* Collaborate closely with business, technology, and operations teams to maintain control and visibility across all project phases.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of PMO processes, templates, and reporting standards across the portfolio.
* Ensure all projects within the Transfer Agency function are delivered efficiently, with strong oversight and compliance with governance frameworks.


What we’re looking for:

* 3–5 years’ experience in a PMO or Change role within Financial Services.
* Working knowledge of Transfer Agency operations and systems is essential.
* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and time management.
* Confident managing multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive, solution-driven mindset.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing across teams.
* Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio).
* Experience supporting governance, reporting, change control, and project lifecycle activities.
* Understanding of testing, implementation, and post-delivery support processes.
* Self-motivated team player with the ability to work independently when required.
* Relevant PMO, Project Management, or Business Analysis qualifications are advantageous.
