Energy & Infrastructure Finance Solicitor
We are seeking an experienced Energy & Infrastructure Finance Solicitor to join our team.
* Advise on high-value financing transactions across the energy and infrastructure lifecycle, including project finance and acquisition finance in the energy sector.
* Drafting and negotiating facility agreements and intercreditor arrangements.
This is a unique opportunity for a solicitor who wants to work on complex energy and infrastructure financings. You will be responsible for managing transactions from structuring through to financial close, as well as mentoring junior team members.
The ideal candidate will have 4–6 years' PQE in banking or project finance with strong experience using LMA documentation. They should also be comfortable leading transactions, managing client relationships, and working collaboratively within a specialist team.
